We dove into 2024 full of hope and new plans. The year began with a regular half-year evaluation during which we defined career goals for each employee and made an action plan for the year ahead. Packed with ambitions and positive thoughts we were looking forward to facing and handling new challenges. However, the types of challenges were more demanding than technical and innovative, as expected. The world has faced a global IT crisis, leaving us at one point only with ongoing projects while new opportunities were somewhere far away.
But our team of unique minds used the extra free time in the best possible way. We have extended our focus on internal projects. Several colleagues took the opportunity to improve their knowledge and earn Cloud certifications.
After a long and slow passing winter, spring brought us new chances and opportunities. There were three projects on the horizon and we have started working on a platform for a financial report analysis.
Our team has joined a Nexit crew in developing a revolutionary navigation application. The funny and most exciting part was the testing phase, which included driving to the city and checking if the map was showing the correct coordinates in real-time. One thing led to another and we got our Kamiondžije (see the image below). This poster goes straight to our office wall.
We are very proud of the collaboration established with Cerealytix, a healthcare company focused on developing digital solutions. Our teams have joined forces in making high-quality digital products to help people with chronic diseases get the best personalized care.
After a year in production, our very first product Selfnest, a platform for online psychotherapy, has reached a significant number of users to continue investing and developing further features.
Summer was hot but passed in a pretty chilling atmosphere. Most of our teammates felt more comfortable working from home, while those who preferred working from the office stayed connected through regular ice cream breaks and epic board games.
As the fall came, we were flushed with fresh energy. New assignments started, we moved to bigger offices with a terrace (within the same building), and some very dear friends rejoined our team - Nidža and Daba, Dejana as a part of the Selfnest crew.
We were excited about the ”new beginning” and it had to be celebrated!
The team building took place at Vrujice, which was our first outdoor activity in 2024.
Still, we definitely didn’t lack activities and gatherings throughout the year.

Additionally, we are proud of being represented by our colleagues, Andrea and Nikola, at the ML Conference in Subotica and the ArmadajS in Novi Sad.
October was a scary month not for the challenges it brought, but for the Halloween celebration when we had fun watching horror movies, drinking pumpkin spice-inspired margaritas, and opening the Tarot cards. Some of us got very creative with the costumes as well (looking at Nidža 👀 some might think something’s been cooking).
This year we are especially grateful for welcoming the new pet in the house - cheers to the dog Koja and his proud owner Sara.
And we have enclosed this year with a very special dinner at Dango San Popup.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners and collaborators for their trust and for believing in the visions we’ve created together. Special thanks always go to our team members for their dedication and hard work. We are more than grateful for what we have managed to keep, become, and establish throughout this year.
